Bellwether Brewing

Bellwether Brewing Co.'s Hillyard taproom is a community-centered brewery located at 5016 N. Market Street in Spokane. Known for crafting exceptional beers inspired by history and deeply rooted in the Pacific Northwest, Bellwether offers a unique selection of Old World-style ales with a Northwest flair. 

The Hillyard location is part of The United Building, a collaborative space that also houses Derailer Coffee and Locos, a Southern comfort food eatery. This modern food hall setup provides a vibrant gathering place for locals and visitors alike. Bellwether Brewing is dedicated to using locally sourced, high-quality ingredients, often foraged by hand, reflecting their commitment to community and heritage.The Hillyard taproom is open Tuesday through Thursday from 2 PM to 8 PM, and Friday and Saturday from 12 PM to 9 PM.
