Hillyard Alliance

​The Hillyard Alliance is a newly forming 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing and uniting Spokane’s historic Hillyard neighborhood. Its mission is to foster inclusive economic growth, cultural vibrancy, and community pride by coordinating support for local businesses, organizing signature events, and promoting Hillyard as a state-certified Creative District.​

By serving as a centralized, staffed hub, the Hillyard Alliance aims to streamline collaboration among residents, business owners, property owners, and civic partners. Its goals include enhancing district beautification, providing technical assistance to businesses, facilitating coordinated marketing efforts, and creating a unified voice to engage with city leadership and pursue funding opportunities.​
